APPLICATION:
After polymerizing the Top No Wipe Coat or removing the sticky substance from the regular Top Coat, start to create your nail art.
Polymerize for 60” under a LED lamp or for 120” under a UV and your nail art is ready.
No need to wipe.
TIP: It can be worked either with a dotting tool or by hand.
