BLOOMING GEL is a special, transparent base with a normal viscosity that facilitates easy and quick creation of marble nail art (marble effect), smoke effect, floral designs, and more!
Apply a layer over the color of your choice, create your design using semi-permanent or gel colors, and wait for it to “bloom” as desired!
Create stunning watercolor-like patterns that can transform into real works of art with light brush strokes!
Cure under a LED Lamp for 60 seconds or a UV Lamp for 120 seconds.

Application:
– Ensure the nail plate is thoroughly prepared: clean, free of cuticles, and lightly buffed with a buffer.
– Cleanse the natural nail using Lint Free Pads soaked in pure acetone.
– Apply Antifungal generously over the entire natural nail.
– Clean once more with Lint Free Pads soaked in pure acetone.
– Optionally, apply a no-acid primer-bonder across the entire natural nail surface (from cuticles to free edge), avoiding contact with cuticles and sidewalls.
Note: Primer application is optional!
– Apply a thin layer of your preferred Laloo base (base coat or Graphen base in the desired color).
– Cure under a LED Lamp for 60 seconds or a UV Lamp for 120 seconds.
– Apply the first thin layer of your chosen color.
– Cure under a LED Lamp for 60 seconds or a UV Lamp for 120 seconds.
– Apply a second layer of the chosen color, ensuring full coverage.
– Cure under a LED Lamp for 60 seconds or a UV Lamp for 120 seconds.
– Apply a layer of Blooming Gel without curing, create your desired design, and allow it to “crack” as desired.
– Cure under a LED Lamp for 60 seconds or a UV Lamp for 120 seconds.
– Apply a layer of Top Coat, No Wipe Top Coat, or No Wipe Matte Top Coat.
– Cure under a LED Lamp for 60 seconds or a UV Lamp for 120 seconds.
Note: For sticky top coats, remove with Laloo Cosmetics Cleaner Ultra Shine Effect or 70-degree alcohol without glycerin or oils. For No Wipe Top Coat, allow the hand to cool for 1-1½ minutes post-curing for maximum shine.
– Conclude the semi-permanent manicure by applying cuticle oils to restore nail pH.
Tip: Use Laloo Cosmetics N° 00 liner brushes or Skinny brushes for delicate and beautiful designs.
