METHOD OF APPLICATION:
1. Get a manicure or apply artificial nails and paint with your desired color.
2. Apply a coat of Non Wipe Top Coat and cure.
3. Gently rub the powder over the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat.
The surface of the nail with the Non Wipe Top Coat should still be warm after curing for better powder application and a perfect mirror effect.
4. Dust off excess powder with a soft brush.
5. Finally, seal thoroughly with Non Wipe Top Coat.
