It is applied on top of all colors to give the pigments an elegant look!

APPLICATION:
Complete the manicure or the application of artificial nails and apply the semi-permanent color of your choice.
First method of application:
Rub a minimal amount of Dream Dust you want on the sticky color of your choice.
Finish with the Top Coat of your choice!
Your nail art is ready, full of iridescences and a pearl effect!
Second method of application:
Apply a layer of Non Wipe Top Coat.
After curing for 60 seconds and while the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat is still warm, rub a quantity of powder on the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat with your finger.
Gently remove excess powder with a soft dust remover brush.
Cover with another layer of Non Wipe Top Coat for protection!
