METHOD OF APPLICATION:
1. After applying and curing a layer of Laloo Cosmetics Base or Graphen Base, apply a layer of the Illuminate Cat Eye of your choice.
2. Without curing, place the magnet at a distance of 3-5 mm from the nail to form the desired effect.
3. Cure immediately in an LED lamp for 60 seconds or in a UV lamp for 120 seconds.
4. Finish your manicure with Laloo Cosmetics Non-Wipe Top Coat or Laloo Cosmetics Matte Non-Wipe Top Coat for a glossy or matte effect, respectively.

For greater performance of the effect created with the magnet, apply Illuminate to one nail at a time.
For more special shades, apply a normal layer of black color No. 018 or any other semi-permanent color of your choice before applying Illuminate Cat Eye.
For more complex designs, two magnets can be used at the same time.
